Chef Marco is a veteran in the Yachting industry with over 13 years of private and charter yacht experience. A Culinary graduate of The Culinary Hospitality of Chicago, Marco started his career in some of the best Restaurants in the city and would go on to become an Executive Chef for Major League Baseball. Pursuing his love for adventure he was introduced to the yachting industry. Chef Marco enjoys making international cuisine and custom menus for guests based on dietary needs and preferences.
Marco is also an avid waterman and enjoys all water activities such as fishing and scuba.
