Aleks Taldykin


Aleks Taldykin has had a love of the water since the young age of twelve. The Los Angeles, California native started his career on commercial fishing boats and received his Captain’s license at nineteen. He began his captaining career operating high-speed commercial ferries to Catalina Island.

At the age of twenty, he was hired on his first yacht in Cabo San Lucas. Aleks has accumulated over 60,000 nautical miles of experience on motor yachts up to 185’ in length. He holds a USCG 3,000 Ton Oceans Master credential.

Aleks prides himself on giving his clients the best service possible. Aleks is a personable, dedicated, and positive individual who is willing to go the extra mile to assure his clients are provided with a memorable experience on the water.

John Dwyer

VP Operations & Fleet Captain

Growing up in the Ocean State John Dwyer has always had a passion for being on the water. He began his career cruising along the New England Coast as a teenager. Through his twenties he worked on mega yachts navigating and chartering on the waters of the North Sea, Mediterranean, Atlantic islands, Bahamas, Caribbean, and US East Coast. John has successfully completed over Ten Transatlantic Crossings.

For the last several years he has been exploring the Pacific, cruising to many popular ports between Mexico and Alaska. His knowledge and passion will make for a memorable yachting experience for both Clients and Crew.

Zac Sunderland


Zac Sunderland has been boating his entire life. From living on boats as a child, cruising Mexico with his family from age 9-11, and assisting his father with boat deliveries as a young teenager.

Inspired by the solo circumnavigation of Robin Lee Graham in the 1960s, Zac dreamed of sailing around the world. In 2007, he set sail aboard his sailboat Intrepid, a 36’ Islander, and did just that. In July of 2008 after 13 months and over 14 stops around the world, Zac became the youngest person, and still is the youngest American, to solo circumnavigate. Since those days, Zac has become a licensed 100-ton yacht captain and ASA Instructor with 150,000 nautical miles of open ocean sea miles. Zac is confident and experienced on both sail and power vessels and loves the adventure of his life on the sea. His clients enjoy his personable and relaxed personality paired with his extensive knowledge of all things boating.

Alex Sabet


Alex Sabet was born and raised in Orange County, California, subsequently giving him an affinity for being on the water for most of his life.

For the past five years he has worked on mega yachts of up to 260 feet cruising the Caribbean, Bahamas, American East Coast, and West Coast. Alex holds a 100-Ton Master’s License, comes from a chartering background, and values having his Clients leave with memories they will cherish for a lifetime.

He is an avid water sports enthusiast from surfing to spearfishing.

Marco Martinez

Head Chef

Chef Marco is a veteran in the Yachting industry with over 13 years of private and charter yacht experience. A Culinary graduate of The Culinary Hospitality of Chicago, Marco started his career in some of the best Restaurants in the city and would go on to become an Executive Chef for Major League Baseball. Pursuing his love for adventure he was introduced to the yachting industry. Chef Marco enjoys making international cuisine and custom menus for guests based on dietary needs and preferences.

Marco is also an avid waterman and enjoys all water activities such as fishing and scuba.

Micah Wooley


Chef Woolley’s passion for food started in the kitchen when he was just 14 years old. Since then, he was accepted to Boston University’s Culinary and Business Management Program, learning from such Chef’s as Jacques Pepin, Todd English, Julia Child and Giuliano Bugialli. He has dabbled in kitchens overseas learning different cultures and across the United States.

Chef Woolley displayed his work at venues such as the James Beard House NYC, Spinazola Galla, Wolfgang Puck Food Festivals, LA Times the Taste and recently, the Hawaiian Food & Wine Festival. His love of fresh ingredients and infusion of cultures gives him the ability to develop dishes that are not only appealing to the eye but the taste buds as well.
